Situation

The Rock is a now established and maturing modern residential locality occupying a very convenient position in central Telford a little over 1 mile due west of Telford town centre with its wide range of recreational and shopping facilities, including the New Southwater development, the M54 motorway and the town’s central railway station.

How to get there - from the Telford Town Centre proceed past the Police Station; at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto West Centre Way (B5072); at the mini roundabout continue straight ahead and at the Old Park roundabout take the 4th exit into Colliers Way and then take the 1st left onto The Rock road and then take the 1st left into Teawell Close where the property is located on the left hand side at the bottom of a private driveway indicated by a Nick Tart for Sale board.
