DETAILS St Georges
Situation
St Georges is an established district in the eastern part of Telford with the area providing all the usual amenities. The more comprehensive district centre of Oakengates with railway station and the Oakengates Theatre is within close proximity to St Georges and the Telford town centre shopping complex with its leisure and recreational facilities, renowned Telford Town Park, railway station and M54 motorway junction is a little over one mile distant. Walker Crescent is an established residential area of similar style two and three bedroom houses located just to the north of St Georges centre.
The Property
Comprises of an entrance hallway with stairs leading off to the first floor and has a door leading through to the lounge which has a gas fire with feature surround and also benefits from having a double glazed bow window.
