A fantastic opportunity to purchase a large 4 bedroom detached home in the prestigious and highly desirable Priorslee area of Telford.  Easy access to the M54 at Junction 4 offers excellent transport links to Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and Birmingham.  Birmingham International Airport is just 45 minutes away by rail or road.  Priorslee offers excellent local primary and secondary schools, (the Priorslee Holy Trinity Academy due to open September 2015).  Telford town centre having just undergone major development and improvement, offers extensive shopping, dining and entertainment facilities with ample parking.

Built to a very high specification and having been completely refurbished, the property offers excellent family accommodation over two floors benefiting from recently fitted (2014) UPVC double glazing, fascias and guttering throughout, including both the garages which also have new doors.

The double fronted property is accessed via a pathway from the extensive private driveway to the front through the large entrance porch.

The welcoming entrance hall gives access through glazed double doors to the spacious sitting room which has a large inglenook fireplace with wood-burning stove.  The sitting room provides access through double glazed French doors to a large deck and secluded garden beyond.  The hall also has doors to the kitchen, separate dining room, good sized study, with internet access point (high-speed broadband via fibre to the house from Virgin Media), a downstairs WC and large cloaks cupboard.

The large kitchen / diner and separate utility room both have the usual built in appliances (fridges, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) in addition to a range style cooker and integral AEG coffee maker.  The utility room also offers further access to the rear garden.

On the first floor there is a large galleried landing with access to four double bedrooms.  The main bedroom overlooking the front of the property leads into a large en-suite bathroom with double sized luxury walk-in shower.  There is also a generous main bathroom offering a large shower and separate bath.  All four bedrooms are a good size with built in wardrobes.  On the landing there is a double fronted airing cupboard housing the sealed system water tank and offering shelving and hanging rail.  The extensive loft space is accessed through the loft hatch in the landing ceiling.

All internal room doors in the property have been replaced with solid 6-panel colonial pine doors hand-finished with wax with brushed chrome furniture.

The property is located on a private driveway shared with only two other houses.  There are two separate single garages, with significant under eaves storage, in addition to ample parking for at least four cars.  The front garden is laid to lawn centred around a roundabout providing easy drive in-and-out access.  There is a pathway to the side of the property giving access through the side gate to the rear of the property.

The large secluded rear garden is mainly lawn with well established shrubs and trees.  There is a large decked area which surrounds the entire rear of the property providing a large entertainment area with concrete Chiminea style bbq (to remain) and external double power point.  At the bottom of the garden is a solid pine Finnlife summer house with veranda and pitched roof which houses the hydro-spa hot-tub complete with lighting and power (all to remain and included in the property asking price).
