Situation
Priorslee is an established favoured residential locality situated about one mile north east of the wide range of facilities at the Telford town centre together with good access to Junctions 4 & 5 of the M54 motorway and to the town’s central railway station.

The property
Is beautifully presented throughout and comprises a through entrance hallway which has a staircase ascending to the first floor, useful under stairs cloaks cupboard and access leading to a cloakroom/wc, living room and kitchen. How to get there - from Telford Town Centre take the A5 towards Cannock; continue to the Lime Kiln Bank roundabout and take the third exit towards Priorslee and the M54.  Take the 1st turn left into Gatcombe Way, continue for a few hundred yards to the roundabout by the school; turn left into Highgate Drive then right into Lambeth Drive where the property is on the right hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
