Situation
Priorslee is an established favoured residential locality situated about one mile north east of the wide range of facilities at the Telford town centre together with good access to Junctions 4 & 5 of the M54 motorway and to the town’s central railway station.

No.14 Finchale Avenue is situated on a small side road off the main avenue amongst similar calibre detached residences.
