Situation

Aqueduct is a residential area in the southern part of Telford being approximately 1.5 miles from the centre of Dawley which has a range of local amenities, including schools and is approximately 4 miles distant from the Telford town centre with its wide range of recreational and shopping facilities, including the New Southwater development, the M54 motorway and the town’s central railway station.

The property

Comprises an entrance porch which gives access to the lounge which has a bay window with outlook towards the front and door leading to the inner hallway. The inner hallway has a staircase ascending to the first floor and access to the open plan dining kitchen.  The dining kitchen has a range of base and wall units, space for appliances, useful under stairs store cupboard and patio doors leading to the rear garden.

How to get there – from Telford town centre take the A442 Queensway (Eastern Primary) southbound towards Bridgnorth and proceed to the Castlefields roundabout and take the 4th exit into Castlefields Way (B4373); proceed along and turn left into Majestic Way, right into Pageant Drive and second right continuing on Pageant Drive where the property is on the right hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
