Situation

Holmer Lake is a modern residential area conveniently situated some two miles south of the Telford town centre with its wide range of recreational and shopping facilities, including the New Southwater development, the M54 motorway and the town’s central railway station.

The property is situated in a beautiful setting towards the end of Lake End Drive with tree lined lakeside views towards the front.

Has a lovely character feel with stone wall boundary at the front. How to get there - from the Telford town centre proceed onto the A442 (Queensway) southbound towards Bridgnorth.  At the next interchange (Stirchley interchange) take the third exit right onto Holmer Farm Road towards Brookside and at the Brookside roundabout take the 1st exit left onto Brookside Avenue and then next left again into Lake End Drive where the property is situated towards the end on the right hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
