Situation

Jackfield is a small, long established village style community pleasantly situated in the Severn Gorge on the southern bank of the River Severn. It is an area steeped in the history of the Industrial Revolution and is located a little over one mile east of the renowned and historic township of Ironbridge which is now a World Heritage Site. It is some six miles south of the wide range of facilities at Telford town centre.

The property
Comprises an entrance hallway which has a staircase ascending to the first floor and access to the kitchen diner and living room.  The kitchen diner has a front window with outlook towards the river, a range of base and wall units, inset stainless steel sink and space for appliances.  The living room has a useful under stairs store cupboard and door leading out to the rear garden.

On the first floor there is a landing with loft hatch access point and access to three bedrooms and family bathroom/wc.  Two of the bedrooms have lovely views towards the river at the front. The family bathroom/wc has a white coloured suite.

 

Outside
To the rear of the property there is a paved area and laid lawn with pedestrian access leading out to the side.  To the front there is a grassed area and paved footpath leading to the front door.

 

How to get there – from Ironbridge proceed along Waterloo Street (B4373) towards Broseley; after passing over the Free Bridge turn left along Coalford where No.61 Lloyds Head is on the right hand side and is indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
