Situation

Hadley is an established residential area in the northern part of Telford, a little under two miles east of the market town of Wellington and some three miles north west of the wide range of shopping and recreational facilities at Telford town centre, together with the railway station and connection to the M54 motorway.

The property

Was recently constructed by Messrs ‘Bloor Homes’. The accommodation comprises an entrance hallway which has laminate flooring continuing through to the living room and staircase ascending to the first floor. The living room has an outlook toward the front, door leading to kitchen/diner and a useful under stairs store cupboard.  The large open plan kitchen/diner has tiled flooring, a range of white high gloss base and wall units, integrated oven and hob with extractor hood over and space for additional appliance; the dining area has double opening patio doors leading to the rear patio and access to downstairs cloakroom/wc which has a white suite.

Outside

The low maintenance rear garden has a paved patio and paved footpath with large gravelled area to one side and pedestrian gate leading to the residents parking area.  

 

How to get there – from the Telford town centre proceed to the A442 (Queensway) northbound (signposted Whitchurch); at  the Trench Lock interchange take the 1st left and proceed past the car auction centre – Oakworth close is on the left hand side with the property being indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
