Situation
East Avenue is situated a short distance from a primary school and a parade of shops; a superstore is also situated close by. Donnington itself is situated approximately four miles from the Telford town centre with its wide of shopping and recreational facilities, including the renowned Telford Town Park, the town's central railway station and connection to the M54 motorway.
The Property

How to get there
From the Agent's Telford town centre office proceed onto the A442 Queensway (known locally as the Eastern Primary). Proceed along the A442 to the Wombridge Interchange and take the third exit right onto Wrockwardine Wood Way. Proceed up Wrockwardine Wood Way through the traffic lights until you reach the mini roundabout adjacent to the Asda superstore; take the first left and at the next mini roundabout take the second left onto St Georges Road. Proceed along St Georges Road to the traffic lights and take the next left at the traffic lights into Oakengates Road and then first right into East Avenue where No 42 is situated about half way down the road on the left hand side and is indicated by a Nick Tart For Sale board.
