Situation
Lidgates Green is a cul-de-sac situated in a small development approximately three miles from the Telford town centre with its wide range of recreational and shopping facilities along with the access to the town's central railway station and the M54 motorway.
The Property
Is accessed via a front door which leads through to a hallway with stairs leading off to the first floor landing. A further doorway leads through to the lounge which has a feature fire surround and a window looking out to the front. Access is also given through to the kitchen/diner which has a range of fitted units, plumbing for an automatic washing machine, an integrated oven and hob and a useful understairs storage cupboard. On the first floor there is a landing with loft hatch access point and two double bedrooms off; the master bedroom has a built-in fitted wardrobe and bedroom 2 has a built-in airing cupboard. There is also a family bathroom/wc which has a white coloured suite comprising of the usual bathroom facilities but also having the addition of a shower over the bath.
Outside
There is a detached brick and tile garage which measures 17' 0' x 8'6' with an up and over door, power, lighting and a courtesy door leading out to the rear garden. To the rear there is a paved patio area with an inset apple tree and also a laid lawn with gated access leading through to the front driveway.

How to get there - From the Agent's Telford town centre office proceed off the town centre ring road, past the Civic Offices and the Police Station; proceed over the next two roundabouts onto the B5072.
