Situation

Shifnal is an attractive small country town set in the Shropshire countryside, yet most conveniently situated some three miles east of the excellent range of shopping and recreational facilities at Telford town centre. The M54 is within very easy reach providing access to the M6 and the West Midlands conurbation. The town is also serviced by a railway station providing access to Wolverhampton, Birmingham and beyond, as well as Wellington and Shrewsbury.

No.13 Shrewsbury Fields is situated on a no through road close to the centre of Shifnal.

The property

Comprises a door leading to the lounge which has a door leading to the dining room and a beautiful period style feature fireplace with wall cupboards either side of the chimney breast. The rear garden has a patio area, lawned area with gravelled borders and a barked area to the far end and large shed included.  On street parking. No’s.9 & 11 have right of access through the rear to take bins to the front of the properties.  No.13 has side access between No’s 15 & 13.

How to get there – from J4 of the M54 proceed westbound and take the first exit onto the A464 Priorslee Road.  Continue along the Priorslee Road to Shifnal and at the Five Ways roundabout take the second exit onto Shrewsbury Road; take the next left into Shrewsbury fields – the property is the last but one terraced house on the left indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
