Situation

Shifnal is an attractive small country town set in the Shropshire countryside, yet most conveniently situated some three miles east of the Telford town centre with its wide range of recreational and shopping facilities, including the New Southwater development. The M54 is within very easy reach providing access to the M6 and the West Midlands conurbation. The town is also serviced by a railway station providing access to Wolverhampton, Birmingham and beyond, as well as Wellington and Shrewsbury.

The property is situated on the edge of the development with wooded aspect views from the front.

Has been extended at the rear with the addition of a utility room and orangery/family room.  The accommodation comprises a through entrance hallway which has a staircase ascending to the first floor, access to the lounge and dining room.  The lounge has an outlook towards the front. How to get there – from J4 of the M54 (heading westbound) take the exit (signposted Shifnal) onto the A464 passing the service station, at the five ways roundabout take the second exit onto Shrewsbury Road and then bear left onto the B4379 – continue along and turn right into Drayton Road then left into Admirals Close and bear right where the property is on the right hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
