"A semi-detached three bedroom 1930s property which has been extended to provide a lovely open plan kitchen, dining room and snug / study to suit modern living. Situated in a desirable, peaceful location within Ludlow, the property offers light and spacious accommodation with driveway parking, large south west facing rear gardens, double glazing and gas heating.

Property Description Entering the property via the front door located on the side into the hallway, which has under stairs storage for coats and shoes, and doors leading off. The spacious living room is at the front of the property, it is a light room with a large bay window at the front, a feature fireplace. Also accessed off the hallway is the open plan kitchen/dining/study area, with a fitted kitchen, space for appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and fridge/freezer, along with ample space for dining table and chairs. A rear hallway with door to the garden, and ground floor WC can also be located off the kitchen.
The first floor landing gives access to the bedrooms and family bathroom. The main bedroom is at the front of the property and has a large bay window to the front.
