    For anyone looking for space in a relatively modern house, 3 Mayfields certainly fits the bill. It is one of four similar types of property and this particular house is situated at the end of the cul-de-sac.

    Off the spacious reception hall is a ground floor WC/cloakroom with wash hand basin. The spacious sitting room has a bay window to front overlooking the front garden and glazed doors leading into a very useful rear conservatory which is fully double glazed and has double glazed doors leading out onto the rear garden. The rear garden has undergone some landscaping. A stoned terrace intersected by ornamental pathways leads to the level rear lawn and in the centre is a circular garden feature with mature shrubs. The rear of the property is bordered by mature hedging and there is a further seating area in one corner. There is access into the rear garden from both sides of the house.
