    Burway Lane is one of Ludlow's prime locations for residential property, about half a mile from town centre yet enjoys the peace and quiet of the countryside as well as picturesque southerly views to the ancient castle and imposing Parish Church.

    Built in 1993 Lyndon House offers spacious, light and airy accommodation. Entering through a lobby, there is a lovely inviting reception hall off which is a cloakroom/WC. Glazed French doors lead into the dining room with sliding doors through into the lounge, a great way of bringing two rooms together especially for those entertaining occasions. Patio doors lead out to the rear terrace.

    The large living room has a feature bay window with seating where one can enjoy the fantastic views to Ludlow's Castle. There is an open fire in a feature fireplace. The kitchen/breakfast room has a good range of base and wall units, double sink, built in eye level double oven, inset gas hob, dishwasher. The utility/laundry room has built in cupboards, inset sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. Door leads to the garage which has up and over door, light and power, further door to rear garden.

    From the hall stairs rise to a spacious galleried landing which has plenty of natural light. The large principal bedroom suite has fitted wardrobes to one wall, two further floor to ceiling built in cupboards and door to the exceptionally spacious ensuite shower room. The two further double bedrooms also enjoy the amazing views to the rear. The family bathroom comprises, corner bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin and bidet.

    Loft space over the garage could be converted to a 4th bedroom, subject to the necessary permissions. The main loft space has a drop down ladder and is part boarded for excellent storage.

    Outside: The property is approached over a tarmac sweeping drive which leads to the garage and undercover carport which offers ample parking. The frontage is enclosed by hedging, mature trees, and shrubs together with a small lawned area. A path to one side of the property leads to the rear where you can find a large terrace area. A low level retaining wall separates the terrace from the main south facing garden area which is mostly laid to lawn bordered by well stocked mature trees, plants and shrubs. There is a useful garden shed to one side and a summer house at the bottom of the garden.
