    This 1960s built house was designed so that all the principal rooms take full advantage of the fabulous views across the rooftops towards the surrounding countryside and towards the local beauty spot of Whitcliffe Common.

    The house has been comprehensively improved and extended by the present occupiers. It is situated less than a mile from all the amenities on offer within the historic market town of Ludlow. Bringewood Rise has always been regarded as an established very popular residential location.

    A feature of the spacious sitting room is the large window looking out over the balcony towards the superb country views. In the sitting room there is also a fairly newly installed inset Clearview wood burning stove. Within the kitchen there is a good range of units and included is an Integral electric oven and gas hob. Turn left into Fishmore Road. Take the first turning right into Bringewood Road and just before the second turning right into Bringwood Rise, the property is located on the corner on the right."
