"This lovely bungalow, which has been refurbished to a high standard and recently redecorated, would be ideal for a retired couple looking to live in a low maintenance home in an exclusive little cul de sac and with shops and facilities close at hand.

The bungalow has been double glazed throughout and fitted carpets are included. The shower room has been refitted with a large shower cubicle, wash handbasin and WC. It has a ceramic tiled floor. The main bedroom has extensive mirror fronted fitted wardrobes and the window overlooks the front garden. The second bedroom is presently used as a study/office and also overlooks the front. The well proportioned sitting room has double glazed sliding doors which lead onto a sunny raised terrace and there is provision for an open fireplace. The kitchen includes a built in oven, hob, extractor fan and refrigerator. There is also plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen a door leads into a dining room which has windows to front and rear and a door to outside.

The rear garden is a very special feature of this most attractive property. It faces in a south westerly direction taking full advantage of the daytime sunshine and measures in the main about 50' x 36'. It has been most attractively landscaped. Immediately to the rear of the bungalow the sliding doors lead from the sitting room to a raised sun terrace from which steps lead down to the central lawn which is bordered by fully stocked flower beds containing a huge variety of colourful plants and shrubs. In one corner of the garden is a timber chalet (about 11'10" x 9'10"). Behind the chalet is a triangular piece of garden area on which stands a timber shed and a greenhouse.
There is also a very attractive fore garden and a drive which is suitable for at least two vehicles and leads to the detached garage which measures about 19'8" x 8'9".

An internal inspection is highly recommended.
