"Maple Close is a cul-de-sac which was developed in the early 1980s. It is situated on the east side of Ludlow town, about a mile from the town centre.

This particular house has been well maintained by the present occupier and there is no upward chain.

The property is approached along a footpath just a few yards away from the cul-de-sac road. There is a small reception hall which leads into a spacious sitting room with windows overlooking the front garden. The kitchen/dining room is at the rear with a door leading out to the rear garden. The ground floor has wood effect laminate flooring.

On the first floor the main bedroom is at the front of the property and has two windows from which there are views across neighbouring properties to the countryside. There is a good sized second bedroom at the rear and a bathroom with a white suite and electric shower.

The rear garden has a south westerly aspect taking full advantage of the daytime sunshine. It measures about 35' x 13'6. Immediately at the rear of the property is a paved terrace which leads onto a lawn and a pathway leading to the rear of the garden from which there is a pedestrian access to a footpath leading to the car parking area. There is a timber garden shed.

Carry on to the top of Station Drive and at the next set of traffic lights turn left into Gravel Hill. Proceed to the top of Gravel Hill and bear right at the 'One Stop' shop. Turn immediately left into Dodmore Lane and turn left again into Hucklemarsh Road. Take the forth left turn into Maple Close and the house is on the left hand side."
