"This attractively designed very well insulated detached house was built just four years ago to an exacting specification by its present owners.

It is situated about half a mile from the centre of Clee Hill village with its local shops, school and Inns, about 6 miles east of Ludlow and about 14 miles west of Kidderminster with the West Midlands conurbation beyond.

The house stands in an elevated position with an attractive landscaped garden looking West across adjoining fields towards the distant hills of the Welsh borders.

It provides ideal accommodation for a couple or indeed a small family. The main living rooms on the ground floor are open plan combining the kitchen dining and living room areas. The fitted kitchen includes electric oven, gas hob, electric fume hood, dishwasher and combi microwave. There is a separate conservatory sitting room as well as a separate study which could provide a fourth bedroom. On the first floor are three additional bedrooms including an ensuite principal bedroom.

All the fittings to the bathrooms and kitchen and utility room are of very good quality. There is oil fired central heating which is under floor on the ground floor area and which supplies radiators to the first floor. There is a central vacuum unit with suction sockets throughout the house.

At the front of the house is a very large double garage and workshop which has remote control doors and measure approx 23' x 19'6. There is a large loft room above ideal for adapting to an office or studio or workshop. The landscaped gardens are not large and have been designed for easy maintenance with decking and patio area. There is an ornamental pool and fountain. At the side of the house is parking space for a caravan if required.

In spite of enjoying a relatively rural setting the property lies within about 30 minutes drive of Kidderminster. The historic town of Ludlow is about 6 miles and Tenbury Wells a similar distance to the South.
