    Everlea is in a private central location in the village of Clee Hill. The views are quite breathtaking. From the house and the garden the panoramic views extend for miles across the Teme Valley countryside towards the Malvern Hills on one side and the Welsh Hills on the other.

    The accommodation, which is on two floors, has been improved by the present owner. Features of the main sitting room are a lovely large picture window taking full advantage of the glorious views and also an open fireplace. There is a separate dining room which leads into the kitchen which has recently been refitted and appliances include two fridges, dishwasher and a gas cooker range.

    Three double bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the large family bathroom has also been recently refitted to include a bath, shower, wash basin and WC.

    From the main hall a staircase leads to the lower ground floor where there is a second sitting room/fourth bedroom, a large utility room with access to further storage space and a cloak/WC. From the lower ground floor hall there is also access into the spacious double garage. Within the lower ground floor accommodation a self contained annexe could be created and it also has a separate access to outside.

    The garden is particularly private and being south westerly facing enjoys the majority of the daytime sunshine. From the garden there are again the most wonderful views. There is a raised decking area, an ideal spot for enjoying the long sunny days and alfresco style eating.

    Clee Hill village has a thriving community and local amenities include a general stores, two village inns and a well supported primary school.
