This stone built former chapel, dating back to 1870, has been converted to a three storey detached residence with extensive accommodation and further potential for various residential or commercial possibilities.

With oil fired central heating and high quality expensive secondary glazing to a number of large windows the main living accommodation is on the first floor where there is an open plan comfortable living room with adjoining dining area beyond which is the fitted kitchen. Two sets of outside doors open onto a large partly covered outside decking area from where there are views towards the hills surrounding the village.

The extensive ground floor area with its utility, study and second bathroom also has a particularly large room, currently used as a music room which has the potential for additional bedroom and/or workshop.

The second floor is an open plan accommodation approached by a spiral staircase from the decking area and has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a small shower/WC. This provides an alternative opportunity as separate office accommodation if required.

There is outside private parking for at least three cars at the side of the building and an additional space off the road at the front.

Up to three acres of fairly level pasture land with a stream maybe available to purchase under separate negotiation. The pasture land is situated about five miles from the property, just off the Clun to Bishops Castle road.

The tiny village of Clunton, about six miles west of Craven Arms, has a village inn within walking distance of the property. There are shops at nearby Clun (about two miles) and at Craven Arms where there are train services to Shrewsbury and Hereford.

The Clun Valley, surrounded by rolling hills, is one of the prettiest rural parts of England.
