"Retaining some original features, this attractive stone built, semi-detached property is situated in a popular residential area close to Peebles town centre, local amenities and schools. The accommodation comprises: Entrance Vestibule, Hallway, Lounge, Dining Kitchen, Utility Room, Bathroom, 2 double Bedrooms, Single Bedroom, Boxroom and Garden.The timber entrance doors open into the Vestibule which has the original tiled floor and half glazed door leading to the Hallway.
