"With a superb location a short walk from the centre of the picturesque Borders town of Peebles and it's excellent local amenities, this spacious, well presented five bedroom, linked-detached family home is situated on a large corner site within a pleasant and desirable residential area. The spacious accommodation which is arranged over two floors comprises on the ground floor: Entrance Hall, Lounge, Study/6th Bedroom, Sun Room, Breakfasting Kitchen, Utility Room, Guest Bedroom with Ensuite and family Bathroom. On the upper level there is the Master Bedroom, a further three Bedrooms and a W.C. Externally the property has lovely, generous gardens, with a Garage and two driveways with parking for several vehicles.The Entrance Hall is a bright space with a glazed door with side panel leading through to the tastefully decorated Lounge.
