"18 Pelham Road is an extremely spacious detached family house superbly presented throughout. The property was originally built in the 1970s of brick and block construction over three floors with weatherboarded elevations under a tiled roof. The ground floor offers a welcoming reception hallway with a cloakroom leading off and a study. The sitting room has an open fireplace and double doors leading through to the well appointed kitchen/dining room with a range of base and wall cabinets with built-in oven and hob, dishwasher and a further doorway leading through to the utility room with door to outside. The ground floor is complimented by a stunning L-shaped conservatory with fine views over the formal gardens and meadowland. The first floor has a good sized landing/study area with a second staircase to the second floor. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and bedroom 2 having an en suite shower room. The second floor offers bedroom 4 and a further bedroom/sitting room, again with stunning views over the open countryside and meadows.
Outside, the gravel driveway provides parking for several vehicles and leads to the double garage (18' 4" x 17') with a courtesy door to the rear leading out to the extensive paved side terrace (32' x 11' 6"), opening out to a larger rear terrace and lawn area with mature tree and shrub planting. This area measures approx. 55ft x 50ft. A side gated access from the front of the property leads to the rear garden and terrace.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 Newport Road out of the town. Proceed through Newport and by the village stores turn right - signposted to Clavering (B1038). Proceed along passing through Wicken Bonhunt and into Clavering. Continue through the village, passing The Fox & Hounds Public House and proceed onto Pelham Road. No. 18 will be found on the right hand side."
