"Church View is a superbly presented and extended detached chalet bungalow originally built in 1929 with brick and rendered elevations under a tiled roof, sitting in gardens of approximately quarter of an acre. Accommodation comprises an extremely large entrance hallway with French doors to the rear garden, solid wood flooring and stairs to the first floor, and leads to a spacious sitting room with feature brick fireplace housing a wood burner with adjacent fitted shelves and dwarf cupboards. The dining room has an atrium style glazed roof and steps up to a well appointed kitchen fitted with a range of solid wood wall and base units, granite work surfaces incorporating a gas double oven with 6-ring hob, fitted fridge and freezer, plumbing for washing machine and space for tumble dryer. The kitchen leads to the family room with sliding patio doors to the conservatory. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor, with bedroom 4 on the first floor with a spacious en suite bathroom.
Outside, the property is approached via a gravelled driveway offering parking for several vehicles with 5-bar gate, and is enclosed by mature hedging. There is a garage with electric up-and-over door measuring (16' > 12' 1" x 16' 5"). A side access leads through to the rear paved terrace with steps up to the beautifully landscaped 200ft rear garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a summerhouse, garden shed and large workshop with power and light connected.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 south towards the village of Newport. Proceed into Newport and turn right by the village stores - signposted to Buntingford and Clavering on the B1038 passing through the village of Wicken Bonhunt. Upon entering Clavering, proceed past The Cricketers Public House on the right hand side, bearing left towards the green and out of the village towards The Pelhams. The property will then be found on the left hand side just past the turning to Skeins Way."
