ACCOMMODATION Enter the property into an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor with doors off to a study/reception room. Double doors from the study/reception open into a further reception room that could be used for a multitude of different purposes. This versatile room has doors out to the garden and a down stairs WC.

The accommodation continues with a snug flowing round into a formal sitting room. A central fireplace between the snug and sitting room has a multi fuel burning stove inset accessible from both sides. The sitting room has doors out to the garden and terrace. The sitting room gives access into the dining room. It's a generous size with timber flooring and doors out to a second terrace. The kitchen sits off the dining room and offers a comprehensive range of floor standing and wall mounted cupboards and drawers. The kitchen is of a high quality finish with an integrated five ring Neff gas hob and extractor over, two eye level ovens, integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen is finished with Corian work tops and a tiled floor.

There is a stable door out to the front of the property and a door to the utility offering space and plumbing for a washing machine. The utility also houses the gas fired boiler. There is an additional sink and extra storage from the floor standing and wall mounted cupboards and drawers.

When entering the village of Langham continue on through the village passed the school and follow the sharp left and then right bend. Soon after the right hand bend take a right into Church Street and The Stables (no 25) can be found further down on the right hand side accessed through the five bar gate.
