"If you are looking for a large three bedroom detached bungalow, located on a large corner plot, then this could be the property for you. Located within easy reach of Dymchurch and Hythe, the M20 motorway junction 11 is approximately 4 1/2 miles away. This detached bungalow has a large spacious sitting room with a Victorian style open fireplace, dining room, modern conservatory, modern fitted kitchen, two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the first floor, family bathroom with Victorian roll top bath and separate quadrant shower cubicle, utility room, workshop and large garage.

A major feature of this property is the large gardens; the lawn swings from the front round to the right hand side and finishes at the rear of the property, where there is a central begoda with established grape vines. The garden is very private and is enclosed by high level conifer hedging. The drop kerb leads to a block paved driveway, which can provide off road parking for three cars and to the right hand side is a small paved area, where the vendor stores his trailer. The garage is larger than normal and measures 17'9 x 9'10.

"Having run a business in Dymchurch for 19 years and doing deliveries in the local area, we have always liked Queens Way and when this property became available we didn't hesitate to snap it up. What first attracted us to 2 Queens Way was the large corner plot and the potential to build an extra garage, as I like to keep my car garaged. We moved from London to Dymchurch and it has been like moving to a different world, it is so quiet and peaceful and the beach is only a ten minute walk away. We are both keen gardeners and have enjoyed many hours looking after this sunny, private garden and have enjoyed many family barbeques and games of football."
