"Calling all developers, Investors and keen DIY'ers. Due to work commitments the present owners of this seaside bungalow have found themselves not being to finish this project. Extensive work has already been carried out including a new roof, refurbishment of the main structure, external weatherboarding and preparation of the interior for new rooms to be created. As most of the external work has been completed this simply leaves the interior to fit out to your own requirements. A new double garage has already been built to complement the property and the plot size is surprisingly generous. Located a short distance out of Hythe and directly opposite the beach this is one project that could provide a superb home when finished.

The bungalow is positioned midway between Hythe and Dymchurch along the A259 road. Located directly opposite the sea wall and beach the property enjoys a sunny aspect to the front and generous gardens to both the front and rear.
The nearby town of Hythe provides a wide range of shops and amenities, access to the M20 motorway and a rail station at Sandling providing a high speed train link to London, St. Pancreas.
The village of Dymchurch is a popular coastal resort, especially in the summer months. Local village facilities are provided, along with Doctors surgery, Tesco convenience store, petrol station, bakery and specialist shops. The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch light railway proves to be a busy attraction in the summer season with its miniature steam trains running daily from Hythe through Dymchurch onto New Romney and Dungeness.

The bungalow is of timber framed construction and was believed to have been originally constructed in the 1930's. The present owners purchased the property with the view of bringing it up to standard and set about a full refurbishment project to restore it keeping the character of a seaside home.
Due to work commitments abroad they are unable to complete the project and thus the bungalow is now available for re-sale.

Much of the work required externally has already been completed; the property was stripped back to its main structure and a new external 'skin' applied with a high-grade weather board material for protection. A replacement roof and new double garage was installed thus leaving only the interior of the property unfinished.

Internally a bare shell exists - a new owner will need to construct walls, plaster, rewire, plumb and fit out with kitchen and bathroom as required.
