"This detached family residence still retains a wealth of character inside including several ornate cast iron fire places in the sitting room, dining room and some of the bedrooms. The property which has been extended and carefully updated by the current owners with much attention to detail making this a wonderful family home. With three formal receptions including a 19'x18' living room plus study which could be used as a downstairs fifth bedroom and has its own en-suite shower room. The kitchen / breakfast room has an extensive range of units and gives access to the conservatory and utility room. Further rooms to note are the four double bedrooms (two with en-suite) and fabulous family bathroom. To the outside there is a secluded south/west facing rear garden while the front offers ample parking for several cars and a detached double garage. Situated in the popular St. Ives area to the western border the the New Forest National Park with the market town of Ringwood close by which offers a variety of boutique shopping, coffee shops and restaurants.

An immediate welcome is felt when stepping into the entrance porch which leads to the hallway. There are stairs to the first floor and doors to the sitting room which has beautiful light oak flooring and a period cast iron fireplace, while lots of light streams through the huge square bay window. Either side of the kitchen is a conservatory which overlooks the side section of garden and a utility room which has plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. This leads onto the living room which measures an impressive 19'x18 with dual aspect double glazed windows and french patio doors into the garden. Upstairs all rooms lead off the landing which also has a lovely seating area overlooking the rear. The rear garden is south/west facing and is mainly laid to lawn, it wraps around both the rear and sides of the property and also has a range of seating area's including a large paved patio suitable for BBQs and alfresco dining. There are mature shrubs and trees around the borders and fencing provides for all round privacy . The front has parking for several cars and a detached double garage which has power and lighting.
