LOCATION The village of Meifod is one of the more attractive Welsh border villages and has become an increasingly popular village in which to live. THE DIRECTIONS From Oswestry proceed along the A483 towards Llynclys. On reaching the Llynclys cross roads turn right sign posted Llansantffraid. Turn left and continue until reaching the village of Llansantffraid. Proceed through Llansantffraid and continue on the A495 to Meifod. Upon entering the village turn left into Cae Dafydd, number 20 can be viewed in the quiet cul de sac on your right hand side.

DINING ROOM With double glazed window. KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM With base and wall units, dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer. CONSERVATORY Of UPVC double glazed construction. BEDROOM ONE With double glazed window and built-in wardrobes. BEDROOM TWO With double glazed window and built-in wardrobes. BATHROOM Comprising a four piece suite with walk-in shower unit, bath, pedestal wash basin, low flush WC, double glazed window. GARAGE With up and over door to the front elevation. GARDENS AND GROUNDS A brick paved drive provides ample car parking.
