"Derwenlas is a small village set in the Dyfi Valley about 2 miles from the historic market town of Machynlleth. The property is set in an elevated location with unspoilt view of the valley and is offered in good order throughout. It further benefits from a good sized plot and useful workshop to the rear. The house has recently undergone a scheme of improvements including new fascia boards and guttering as well as the installation of an electric fired combi boiler and radiators throughout. Viewing is recommended.
