Continue over the crossroads, heading towards Llansantffraid, after going over the river bridge, turn left into the village. Just before exiting the village, turn right signposted Llanfyllin, and carry on for around two miles into Llanfechain. On entering the village, go past the speed restriction signs and take the first right into Maes Derw and the property is located after a short distance on the right hand side.
