"A spacious, Grade II listed property enjoying plenty of original features and situated just off the town centre, opposite the Cathedral. Currently a commercial property however could easily be a three bedroom residential property, subject to the necessary planning permissions.

Over four floors 20 The Struet is not short on space. It has flexible accommodation so is ideal for someone wanting to run a business, use as a home (subject to planning) or an great investment with flexible uses for the ground floor and office space above.The ground floor comprises of a seating area, kitchen and toilet. On the first and second floors are currently three office/meeting rooms which would make perfect bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. In the attic are two useful storage rooms which could easily be used for more accommodation.
