This attractively presented, spacious, mid terrace house ticks all the boxes and is a great family home. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, cosy living room and kitchen diner which is a great space for family meals and boasts base and wall cupboards, an integrated oven and hob and plumbing for both a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a useful understairs storage cupboard. Upstairs are the three well appointed bedrooms, the front two of which enjoy views of the Brecon Beacons. Completing the first floor is a shower room with large walk in shower and a separate WC. The property also benefits from uPVC double glazing and gas central heating with a new boiler and radiators. Outside at the front of the house there is a path, borders and artificial grass. Dan Y Crug is a popular and established residential area to the north of the town centre and within easy access of the shops and amenities. Brecon is a traditional market town, the centre of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park.
