Leaving Perth on the M90 southwards to Edinburgh take the first slip road signposted to Bridge Of Earn, Cupar and Glenfarg. Continue left onto the A912 signposted Glenfarg and Abernethy. Continue over the roundabout passing the Baiglie Inn on the right then continue along passing the Bein Inn on the left hand side which leads onto the B996. On entering the village of Glenfarg take the first right at the telephone box onto Greenbank Road. Continue along the road which leads onto Duncreavie Road and take the second left into Ashgrove. Take the second right onto Elm Row and the property is on the left hand side.
