Llangwm is within the inland section of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is about six miles south-east of the County Town of Haverfordwest. It is adjacent to the Daugleddau River which forms part of the 22 miles or so of navigable Milford Haven Waterway. There are some delightful country walks around Llangwm Pill and Black Tar. Village amenities include a modern Primary School, a Shop with Post Office, a chapel plus rugby and cricket grounds.

The turning to Llangwm will be found on the left hand side. Once in the village, the entrance to The Gail is on the left hand side. Briarley will be found on the right hand side.

2. From South - on crossing the Cleddau Bridge from South Pembrokeshire to North Pembrokeshire turn immediately right signposted Burton Ferry. Continue through Burton and Houghton. On reaching Hill Mountain turn right signposted Llangwm. Proceed into the village and past the Shop. The turning to The Gail will be found on the right hand side. Briarley is on the right hand side.
