"This 2 bedroom ground floor flat is part of a building complex built by the MOD in the 1960s. In more recent years the properties have been sold off by the MOD to private buyers who have each put their individual stamps on them. It is for that reason that whilst the flats are all laid out in a similar fashion they each vary greatly in quality of fixtures and fittings.
