"Coasty are proud to offer for sale a slice of Pembrokeshire history in Pont Hywel Mill and House at LLangolman. The property is set beside the Eastern Cleddau with the old mill in the foreground. There's a patio with a built in barbeque and a mill leat which meanders through the grounds to a stunning waterfall and then into the river. A small range of mainly stone outbuildings includes a former cow house with electricity and water together with the old pig sty and large storage areas for logs and/or hay. There is also the remains of an old stone stable, which could easily be reinstated.
