Three double bedrooms (bedroom 3 currently arranged as a dining room), hall, living room, kitchen/breakfast room, bathroom, gas radiator central heating, double glazing, ample gated driveway parking and gardens.

Directions: From Witney proceed on the B4047 into Minster Lovell and after the White Hart Inn turn left into Brize Norton Road then immediately right into Upper Crescent.  The bungalow is on the right.

Minster Lovell is situated some three miles west of Witney on the road to Burford. Facilities include a range of shops, Spar mini-market, primary school and for older children the village falls into the Burford School catchment area.  There is easy access to Oxford and London on the A40 and the excellent shopping, educational and leisure facilities of Witney.  Witney 3 miles, Burford 5 miles,Oxford 15 miles.
