"Bow Cottage is a Grade II listed three bedroom, built circa 1812, set in the delightful small market town of Watlington. The front door opens into the kitchen which has a red ceramic tiled floor and aged pine kitchen units beneath American oakwork surfaces. There is an integrated gas hob, double ovens and a larder cupboard as well as an island unit The living room extends from the front of the property to the rear where in the dining area a door opens directly on to the patio. An open fireplace, original wooden beams and wooden floors provide much of the original character to this area of the house. From the hall, stairs lead to a landing and the three bedrooms are located off; two of them at the front and one at the rear, currently used as an office, overlooking the garden. There is a family shower room that serves the bedrooms.

Situation
Bow Cottage is located centrally in the popular and thriving market town of Watlington. The town is home to a supermarket, butcher, popular cafe with delicatessen, garage, post office, pharmacy, doctors surgery, vets and much more. Watlington is well placed for access to Oxford and London via the M40, J6 at Lewknor, about 3 miles distant. The "Oxford Tube" offers a convenient bus service to central London for commuters with pick up point about 3 miles out of Watlington.
