Why we like it:
We sold this property from new and the design was one of the country`s best selling for Kings Oak and looking at the floorplan you can see why. This particular property has aged nicely in the last seven years and has a landscaped garden overlooking the playing field. The kitchen was replaced about a year ago and the property is presented like a showhome throughout. There is plenty of windows in this house with many rooms having double aspects giving the whole property a light and airy demeanour. Situated towards the end of this cul de sac the property is within a short stroll to the town centre.

What it offers:
