"Large Edwardian family home, at 1852 Sq.Ft. (172 Sq.M.) with charm and character, close to the centre of Thame. Arranged over three floors, with parking and rear access giving the potential for a garage or further off road parking. The owners have renovated the house with close attention to detail throughout, maintaining and restoring as many features as possible, with replacements used being of the highest quality. There are two stunning bathrooms with period and reproduction fittings, and a ground floor cloakroom. The separate sitting & dining rooms are light and well proportioned, and to the rear is a stunning hand built kitchen and utility room. On the second floor is a large loft room, providing a fourth bedroom, giving the potential to be split into two additional bedrooms, or possibly turned in to a master suite. To the side and rear there is a good size garden, and relatively secluded for the area. This is a well loved and cared for home, with many period details and fine features throughout.
