"A charming 1930`s three bedroom bay fronted semi-detached house in need of renovation and with ample potential for further development subject to the usual planning permissions. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor sitting room, dining room, kitchen and pantry. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The property benefits from many beautiful original features such as picture rails. fireplaces and stained glass windows all in keeping with the 1930`s era. To the exterior of the property there is a driveway and garden to the front of the property and a very good size rear garden with outbuildings (requiring the removal of asbestos), a wooden garage to the side of the property plus an outside w.c.

The property is located in the popular suburb of Botley, conveniently located for access to Oxford Train Station and into the City Centre via a bus route running along Westminster Way. Botley itself offers a wide range of amenities including Botley Primary School, a church, public house, doctors surgery, a dentists surgery and a number of local shops.

Directions
From the Central North Oxford office of JCP Estate Agents, head south-east on Walton Street for 0.4 miles. At the traffic lights, continue onto Worcester Street/A4144 and turn right onto Hythe Bridge Street at the next set of traffic lights. At the roundabout, take the second exsit onto Park End Street/A420 and continue to follow A420 through the next roundabout. Continue straight for 1.3 miles and turn left at Westminster Way. The property will be found a little way down on the right hand side.
