"This is a handsome red brick built, box bay fronted, Edwardian semi-detached house in a highly regarded Thames side village on the south-east edge of Oxford. Access to Oxford City Centre and out onto the Oxford ringroad is excellent. There is a recently renovated village hall and a village shop, shortly to be opening. The King`s Arms is a popular public house situated on Sandford Lock.

The property itself has been imaginatively and stylishly extended and offers spacious, light accommodation arranged over three floors. On the ground floor there is a separate sitting room, dining room, lovely fitted kitchen/breakfast room, study/family room and cloakroom. On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor provides a further double bedroom. Gas central heating is installed. There are many characterful features throughout. Outside, there is a secluded front garden and a good sized rear garden leading to garaging and extensive car parking accessed from the rear.

From James C. Penny Estate Agents East Oxford office, proceed on the Cowley Road towards Temple Cowley. Turn right onto Howard Street and left onto Iffley Road. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Oxford Road. Proceed on the Oxford Road and take the second exit at the roundabout onto Sandford Road. Continue onto Henley Road and the property will be situated on the left hand side.
