"This Oxford townhouse previously provided four bedrooms, although the second bedroom is now used a study. The property is in a fantastic location ideal for access to Oxford City. The accommodation is extremely flexible arranged over three floors. On the ground floor is a cloakroom and hallway storage, kitchenbreakfast room fitted with cream units and contrasting work surfaces, integral appliances including oven, microwave, halogen hob and fridge freezer. There is a dining room, a separate utility and a conservatory leading onto the garden. The sitting room with double windows is on the first floor as well as the study which has been converted from the fourth bedroom and still retains an ensuite shower room.
