"A fine Victorian detached house with planning permission to extend to add a further bedroom with en-suite shower room and enlarge the existing kitchen. The property offers accommodation on two floors. The sitting room with parquet flooring leads off from the hallway flowing nicely into the dining room with sliding doors into the sunroom. The kitchen has been fitted with beech style units and black contrasting work surface with a tiled splash back. There is a useful pantry and two storage cupboards. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a single bedroom/study.

Situation
The house is set in a popular side road close to the amenities Headington has to offer with its excellent range of shops, a Waitrose supermarket and independent shops. Conveniently located for the Nuffield, Churchill and John Radcliffe Hospitals. It is close to Brookes University and within easy reach of Oxford City centre by car or bus. There are many attractions in and around Oxford and as well as being an historic university city, Oxford is well represented with many chain shops and local businesses. There are a large variety of restaurants, cafn++s and pubs located in Headington, as well as in and around Oxford. Oxford is in the heart of England, central to both the south, London and the north, Birmingham and beyond via the M40. It is also easily reached from the West Country via the M4 and A34. For the rail commuter Oxford Mainline Station offers frequent services to London Paddington (c.60 minutes).
