"Badgers End is a lovely family home, tucked away down a long private woodland driveway, yet only a 5 minute walk from the village centre and station. The property is spacious offering over 3000 sq ft of accommodation over two floors, with concrete first floor. A spacious entrance hall is in the heart of the house, with large Drawing room and Inglenook style fireplace, with wood burner and then conservatory off. A large dining room and a beautiful bespoke fitted study, with light oak shelving and cupboards. The kitchen breakfast room is divided into two distinct areas, both well fitted with cupboards, a utility room and family room off. There are five excellent bedrooms, a lovely master suite, two further bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and family bathroom.
Location
Lower Shiplake is a pretty Thames side village, located just 1.5 miles to the south of Henley on Thames, with its own railway station offering an excellent service into London Paddington, via Twyford (approx. 45 mins). There is a thriving village shop & Post Office, excellent butchers and the Baskerville Arms, a popular public house & restaurant. Shiplake Primary school is just a few minutes by car, at nearby Shiplake Cross. Shiplake College is a 10 minute walk.

Bedroom three also has a fully tiled ensuite shower room and there are two further bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is a spacious room having bath and separate shower with vanity wash basin, bidet and WC.

Outside
The property is approached via electric gates and a long shingled driveway with carriage lighting and flanked either side by banks of shrubs and trees. To the front of the property is a large gravelled parking and turning area which in turn leads to:-
