"This fabulous extended detached family home is situated within Beech Close, which is a popular area on the outskirts of Faringdon and provides four double bedrooms, along with three reception rooms, an extended double garage, ample driveway parking and countryside views.

The welcoming entrance hall provides access to almost all of the ground floor accommodation, with stairs rising to the first floor. The dual aspect sitting room is a lovely size, with french doors providing access to the large secluded patio area and garden beyond. To the front of the property is a handy study and in the heart of the home sits the extended dining room. The kitchen breakfast room has been extended and recently refitted; it provides a modern range of base and wall units, with a large breakfast bar and various inbuilt AEG appliances which include a dishwasher, double oven, induction hob with extractor over, French doors lead from the kitchen out to the patio area,. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious re fitted utility room and a downstairs cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation.

On the first floor, the main bedroom is of a lovely size and has a range of inbuilt wardrobes with a fabulous refitted en suite shower room. The Tower on Folly Hill was built by Lord Berners in 1935 and affords panoramic views across four counties. For over 20 years, the town has been twinned with Le M le sur Sarthe in France and more recently with Konigstein im Taunus in Germany. In 2004, Faringdon became the first Fairtrade town in the South East of England."
