"Why We Like It;
This "Bryant Malden" is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, and is the largest style four bedroom detached home built by "bryant homes", offering excellent space within the catchment area of the outstanding Ladygrove Park primary school. With all windows being replaced three years ago with modern, high quality, upvc double glazing as well as improved insulation.

What It Offers;
Upon entry into a large entrance hall, the living room is to the right measuring over 17ftx11ft with gas fire and feature bay window to the front, and double doors to the rear into the conservatory. The kitchen looks over the garden to the rear with the dining room adjacent which also features a bay window. There is also a utility room, study and cloakroom completing the ground floor accommodation. Didcot is the principal town of South Oxfordshire with a population just below 25,000. There have been many changes in recent years to the town centre with the addition of the n++Orchard Shopping Centren++ providing Didcot with a variety of shops, theatre & arts centre and a multiplex cinema with parking for over 500 cars.

There are two single sex secondary schools, St Birinus and Didcot Girls School and six Primary schools in the town. With excellent links to the motorway and the nearby A34. Didcot Parkway station (undergoing a program of major redevelopment) offers excellent train links to Swindon, Bristol, Cardiff and London Paddington in c 45 mins.

There are many substantial employers and industries in the area such as Harwell International Centre, National Power and a variety of businesses at Milton Park on the outskirts of the town. Nearby in Chilton, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, The National Radiological Protection Board and Medical Research Council provide employment in the local community.

Didcot parkway station less than c. 1 mile providing access to London Padding c. 45 minutes. Reading c 20 mins and Oxford c. 17 mins.
